So almost purchased estro ban as it seems as a decent source of ADEK. Then I watched a podcast with Danny Georgi and Ray where Ray says there is a very unfavorable redox reaction that happens when vitamin e and k are combined, thoughts?? This was in Danny’s episode #76 hour 1 minute 32

I think it has to do with the dosage. At high doses, E can interfere with K, but at moderate doses, they don't interfere with each other. The amounts in Estroban should be fine.

Could you let us know your findings As I also looked for the conflicting dosage between E and K and couldn’t find it. Thanks!
