Do food sources of Vitamin A, E, K2, D3, C, etc have anti endotoxin effects or do you have to take them in supplement form?

Grass fed whole milk if you drink a half gallon a day, should provide a good amount of A, D, K2, and even C if we consider dehydroascorbic acid, and probably even 1gram or so each of omega 3/6 which some argue are anti endotoxin…

So do you need to supplement those fat solubles or can you drink a good amount of milk or eat liver etc for the anti endotoxin effects?
