my .02 for Orion - Simplify your supplements to caffeine and theanine or cyproheptadine. Start low on the caffeine, maybe 50 mg at a time and ONLY after eating. Slowly work your way up to higher doses of caffeine.

As liver health improves from the caffeine, you should start having better glycogen storage, better skin, etc.
How does caffeine improve liver health?
Is there some study that shows this?
