Cortinon safe for grandfather?

My gramps just turned 79. Generally healthy following a peaty diet most of his life without even knowing who dr peat is lol.

Lately he’s been struggling with some joint stiffness and varicose veins. He’s willing to try anything I throw at him.

Think Cortinon would be good for him? Anything else I should give him along with it?

Open to suggestions.

pregnenolone might be a good idea if its pure .... i would worry more about that than dose; coz i thought ray said it is recycled in the body long after it is taken .... so less might not be better .... i never had side effects from 100mg and i am young. i think because it was a good brand n free from contaminants

30mg replicates the daily production of healthy young adult, so probably somewhere around that.
