Carditis Post-Lyme Treatment

After struggling with a Lyme infection in late '21, I was diagnosed with carditis early last year. The effects of the slowed pulse have been debilitating at times and I'm getting discouraged. Docs say I don't need a pacemaker (yet?) and suggest condition may eventually self correct, so no real help there. Anyone have any suggestions, Peaty or otherwise, as to what actions I can take myself to help address this condition? A heart tonic like hawthorn or other herbs or supplements?
