Just quickly, are there any alternative ways to reduce Prostaglandin D2 levels instead of using Aspirin?

Yup, lowering PUFA intake. Also suppressing FFAs if your adipose tissue is high in PUFA would probably work too.

Depleting PUFA, lowering prolactin, lowering adenosine/increasing glycogen stores, improving insulin sensitivity, increasing cellular oxygenation.

Good luck with that lmao.

Snarkiness aside I think it would be far more reasonable to just start taking aspirin regularly because lowering prostaglandins naturally is not a short-term endeavor. Coffee, niacinamide, gelatin, nicotine gum, coconut oil might help, but they are essentially band-aids too, just like aspirin.
