IOS Automations to Reduce EMF (Any Tech Guru's here?)

Hi,

As we know, there is no way to avoid EMF's. But there are smart ways to reduce them:

1. I set my arris router to 12% transmission power
2. Unplug devices as much as possible
3. Turn off devices not in use
4. Turn off the modem in my car
5. I drive an EV which is RWD to reduce EMF
6. Don't use heated seats
7. Use wired instead of wireless CarPlay
8. Turn off LTE access to all but your critical apps via settings
9. Turn off 5G in settings

My main concern is the smartphone. I have an iPhone and I cannot live without it.

I know there is something called Shortcuts which can do automations.

Is anyone familiar with automations? Can someone help create some automations that may reduce EMF?

A few ideas I had:


1. When outside of a certain geographic location turn off Wi-Fi (when driving or in areas without Wi-Fi to minimize Wi-Fi radiation)
2. At home turn off LTE and turn on Wi-Fi
3. If the phone is in your pocket as confirmed by a sensor, limit LTE/WI-FI so it turns on for a few seconds every 10 minutes or for important things

The idea is we are exposed to EMF and have to limit it. But there are practial ways to minimize this using programming.

These are good ideas. I use Android so can't provide help on shortcuts, but thanks for the ideas. I might try to implement some of them on my phone.

best approach is just to ensure protection from radiation daily i think , rather than try avoid the stuff thats everywhere all the time and more & more as time progresses
good thing is it can be done easily with 500mg - 1g vitamin c a day

BLOCK AS MUCH BACKGROUND PROCESSES AS YOU CAN

Keep your phone doing the LIGHTEST WORK possible

So block Website Tracking

Block Cookies

Delete as much applications from your phone that you don't need because NEARLY ALL OF THEM have background processes

Keep your phone in Low Power mode all the time (processor conserves power so less EMF when in low power mode)

If you're unaware, the iphone still transmits data when it's "off".

The coolest thing would be to install a true power switch that disconnects the battery. And while you're at it, install a microphone on/off switch.
