You insist on your version of cause and effect. I would answer your question (What are your suggestions of how to curb mass shootings at schools or public places?) as JFK had wanted to do.

I like the Rand Paul video. As he says if you are owning a gun to defend yourself you are not infringing on my right to life. But if you then plan to shoot others you are now infringing on their right to life. You seem to believe that all these shootings are CIA directed. You've lost me there I'm afraid. I believe there is an issue with troubled young men made sick by our society, school system and medical system who then cause carnage. I hope its never you or your family that are caught up in these shootings. Because with the current system for sure there is more coming.

Coincidence? Was going to post an example of the government arming criminals in the US with FULL-AUTO rifles & GRANADES.

A member of Congress went public talking about how convenient was for criminals to steal these weapons from train cars left unattended (Chicago).

So why is the population not afraid of the government?

Why are they afraid of armed citizens with a SEMI-Auto AR-15?

We are dealing with brainwashed morons & cowards (is easier). Not because they should do something, but because they argue the government's propaganda.

There will be more gun crime where there's a pool of disarmed & hapless victims. That is so obvious and self-evident.

Are Chicago’s gun laws the strictest in the United States? Not anymore.

Chicago’s gun violence and restrictive gun laws were thrust into the national conversation Wednesday, when Texas Gov. Greg Abbott referenced the city in arguing against stricter measures following the Uvalde, Texas, school shooting that left 19 students and two adults dead.

“There are quote ‘real’ gun laws in Chicago ... I hate to say this, but there are more people who were shot every weekend in Chicago than there are in schools in Texas,” Abbott said Wednesday, also referencing Los Angeles and New York City. “

And we need to realize that people who think that, well, maybe if we could just implement tougher gun laws, it’s going to solve it, Chicago and L.A. and New York disprove that thesis. And so, if you’re looking for a real solution, Chicago teaches that what you’re talking about is not a real solution.”

And the big doozy ..

Psychiatric Drugs, Not A Lack Of Gun Control, Are The Common Denominator In Murderous Violence

Forbes - Lawrence Hunter - January 14, 2013

In 2000, New York legislators recognized the ubiquitous and unambiguous connection between violence, especially gun violence and mass murder, and the widespread prescribed use of psychiatric drugs. Senate Bill 7035 was introduced in the New York State Senate that year requiring police agencies to report to the Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) on certain crimes and suicides committed by a person who is using psychiatric drugs, including assault, homicide, sex offenses, robbery offenses, firearms and other dangerous weapons offenses, kidnapping and arson. The preamble to the bill read, in part:

There is a large body of scientific research establishing a connection between violence and suicide and the use of psychotropic drugs in some cases. This research, which has been published in peer reviewed publications such as the American Journal of Psychiatry, The Journal of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and The Journal of Forensic Science, has shown, among other things, that: certain drugs can induce mania (a psychosis which can produce bizarre, grandiose and highly elaborated destructive plans, including mass murder);. . .and certain drugs can produce an acute psychotic reaction in an individual not previously psychotic.

The bill died in committee. Since that time, there have been at least 12 additional high-profile mass murders linked to the use of psychiatric drugs, about one a year. And, in virtually every mass school shooting during the past 15 years, the shooter has been on or in withdrawal from psychiatric drugs. Here is a partial list of 24 such horrific events that occurred since 1998, not including the Virginia Tech shootings and the recent Sandy Hook shootings where the authorities continue to suppress information about whether and to what extent the shooters were on or in withdrawal from a psychiatric drug.

These examples are not unique. According to the Citizens Commission On Human Rights International (CCHR), between 2004 and 2011, there were 12,755 reports to the U.S. FDA’s MedWatch system of psychiatric drugs causing violent side effects including: 1,231 cases of homicidal ideation/homicide, 2,795 cases of mania and 7,250 cases of aggression. Since the FDA admits that only one to ten percent of all side effects are ever reported to it, the actual occurrence of violent side effects from psychiatric drugs is certainly nine or ten times higher than the official data suggest.

Yet, federal and state governments continue to ignore the connection between psychiatric drugs and murderous violence, preferring instead to exploit these tragedies in an oppressive and unconstitutional power grab to snatch guns away from innocent, law-abiding people who are guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution the right to own and bear arms to deter government tyranny and to use firearms in self defense against any miscreant who would do them harm. Therefore, it is pharmaceutical makers, not law-abiding gun owners or gun manufacturers, who should be held to account for the series of lone-wolf,” mass shootings that have occurred since the widespread use of psychiatric drugs began.

Although it is doubtful any single variable can explain what causes someone to commit such unspeakable acts as we saw recently at Sandy Hook, one common denominator surfaces time and time again, in hundreds and hundreds of cases where a lone wolf commits violence, murder and mayhem for apparently no reason: Prescribed psychiatric drugs, which are well documented to induce mania, psychosis, violence, suicide and murder, including mass murder for no apparent reason by otherwise non-psychotic people.

Given the mass of supporting data linking psychiatric drug use/withdrawal and violence, and given the fact it has been ignored studiously by the U.S. Congress and federal agencies, it is well past time that Congress and state legislatures and government agencies at all levels formally investigate the well established link between prescribed use of psychiatric drugs, school shootings and similar acts of senseless violence.

...

This video reveals the indisputable connection between psychiatric drugs and violence, especially young lone-wolfshooters in gun massacres.

As psychiatrist Peter Breggin observes in the video:

“One of the things in the past that we’ve known about depression is that it very, very rarely leads to violence. It’s only been since the advent of these new SSRI drugs that we’ve had murderers, even mass murders, taking these antidepressant drugs.”

Why is the government turning America into a police state in the name of protecting us against nonexistent “reefer madness while it turns a blind eye to the real, deadly med madness created by psychiatric drugs and the uncontrollable violent rages they produce in some people?

Could it be there is a quiet conspiracy afoot among pharmaceutical companies, the government and the gun grabbers to make Mr. and Mrs. Gun Owner of America the patsies for the violence and to blame lone-wolf violence on guns rather than psychiatric drugs?

Could it be that power-hungry politicians and gun snatchers are out to exploit rare tragedies such as Sandy Hook and use the blood of innocent children to scare America into giving up its constitutional rights to own and bear arms and use them as a deterrent against tyranny?

Alcohol can be made by anyone, not so much move it across interstate lines (unlike Feds), but they got too much local competition (Kennedy family) spreading into politics, so they eliminated the Prohibition and moved on to "illegal" drugs.

And we got the Cocaine Importation Agency (CIA) and others with black budgets not accountable to Congress because secrecy is necessary to hide all the crime from the American people.

Great missive! (as is your next one below)

It is doubtful that people who parrot the government's propaganda have a visceral feel for, say, "what is a magazine?"
If you shoot, the magazine clips feels so secure and ergonomic. You do have to place the bullets in them. But I have to believe they are less dangerous than hand-loading a revolver. IF a person needs or wants to shoot (sport) or hunting, you'd want them to have a cool head and good gear. Rather than fumbling with awkward klugey gear.
Changing magazines adds miniscule time for a trained shooter. But that added nuisance is much less elegant.
Ar-15 is no more "dangerous" than a glock/sig sauer/whatever magazine pistol. The longer barrel makes it easier to hit your target, but it is much more difficult to conceal and walk around with. So I would say categorically, it is less dangerous.
But the Gov'ts strategy is disengenuous. They know it's not an "assault" fire. And once they demonize magazines, then they'll come for the pistols........etc.
Just read about Wounded Knee.
And the ensueing reservation schools, dumbed-down alcoholism in reservations.
Or HGWells Morlocks and Eloi.

Greg Reese - The True Evil Behind America's Mass School Shootings

Short and excellent. So so sad. And to describe the defenders of sec ammend as heartless adds to the savagery.

I had a hard time locating the clip of an ex-gang member and crates of guns dropped off in the inner cities. I was looking for a different one. It has been scrubbed. There used to be countless testimonies about that reality but TPTB have scrubbed them .
Oh right. For our safety.

Governments don't care about sending all these weapons to Ukraine knowing they will end up on the black market (Ukraine was and is a huge black market).

Anti-aircraft weapons that can shoot down European passenger planes, imagine that (and blame it on the designated enemy).

Then the media and the government scream we have a weapon problem and need to clamp down on whatever armed citizens have at their disposal!

Even an half-brained individual should be able to see the premeditation and hypocrisy of it all!

And this is done with taxpayer's money, your money, and with the 2020 stolen elections: isn't this taxation without representation?

By the way, how is life in the US? Spending much on gas and formula? Oops, no formula for citizens, lots for illegal immigrants .. which you are also paying for.

Who's in charge?!

Why I ask? Because you are the nation, not the government, but there will be morons that will wrap themselves with the flag and attack the truth because they forcefully "imagine" reality to be something else.

Osmakac was the target of an elaborately orchestrated FBI sting that involved a paid informant, as well as FBI agents and support staff working on the setup for more than three months. The FBI provided all of the weapons seen in Osmakac’s martyrdom video. The bureau also gave Osmakac the car bomb he allegedly planned to detonate, and even money for a taxi so he could get to where the FBI needed him to go. Osmakac was a deeply disturbed young man, according to several of the psychiatrists and psychologists who examined him before trial. He became a “terrorist” only after the FBI provided the means, opportunity and final prodding necessary to make him one.

The historical killer .. death by government!

"Democide is the murder of any person or people by their government, including genocide, politicide, and mass murder."

20TH CENTURY DEMOCIDE

Just to give perspective on this incredible murder by government, if all these bodies were laid head to toe, with the average height being 5', then they would circle the earth ten times.

Also, this democide murdered 6 times more people than died in combat in all the foreign and internal wars of the century.

Finally, given popular estimates of the dead in a major nuclear war, this total democide is as though such a war did occur, but with its dead spread over a century.

Well at least he has a team of hopefully sane people in between him and the button that can moderate him. The only person moderating the Uvalde shooter was probably his Grandma, and he shot her.
“They” killed the Grandma. Not him.

So convenient....

Hunter Biden Incident Shows That Gun Laws Are For The Little People

For those who have yet to learn of Hunter’s escapades in firearm ownership, according to a report from Politico, the troubled son of the president purchased a .38-caliber revolver from a Delaware Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) on October 12, 2018. In order to acquire the gun, Hunter filled out the required BATFE Form 4473. On October 23, Hallie Biden, widow to Joe Biden’s son Beau and then-companion to Hunter, searched the ne’er-do-well’s truck, which was parked at her home in Wilmington, Del., and found the handgun. Apparently fearing for Hunter’s safety, Hallie wrapped the revolver in a shopping bag and threw it into a trash receptacle outside nearby gourmet grocery store Janssen’s Market – which is located across the street from the campus of Alexis I. du Pont High School.

Hunter was discharged from the U.S. Navy Reserve in 2014 after he tested positive for cocaine. Further, at various times, Hunter has been a notorious and admitted drug user. Hunter’s lengthy battle with drugs has been chronicled by himself and the Biden family in numerous interviews and a forthcoming memoir titled, “Beautiful Things.”

An April 1, 2020 USA Today piece on Hunter’s memoir contained the following summary of some of its contents,

- In the spring of 2018, he used his "superpower – finding crack anytime, anywhere" – in Los Angeles. At one point, a dealer pointed a gun at his head before he realized Biden was looking for drugs.

- He later learned how to cook drugs and spent a lot of time with thieves, addicts and con artists. "I never slept. There was no clock. Day bled into night and night into day," he writes.

- The situation grew out of control. "I was smoking crack every 15 minutes," he writes.

It is illegal for a person “who is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance” to possess a firearm. Possession of a firearm by a prohibited person is punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.

In order to purchase a firearm from an FFL, a buyer must fill out a Form 4473. The form asks, “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?” Hunter answeredno” to this question.

Lying on a form 4473 is two separate crimes. It is a crime when a person “knowingly makes any false statement or representation with respect to the information required by this chapter to be kept in the records of a person licensed under this chapter,” such as the Form 4473. A violation of this provision is punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment. It is also a crime for a person to “make any false or fictitious oral or written statement” to a dealer “with respect to any fact material to the lawfulness of the sale.” A violation of this provision is punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.

Maybe Hallie had a Delaware License to Carry a Concealed Deadly Weapon or placed the firearm in a locked container while she brought the gun to the store. However, a reasonable person might wonder whether an individual who would throw a handgun wrapped in a shopping bag away in a publicly accessible trash receptacle, would comport their conduct within these narrow exceptions while traversing the public roadways to Janssen’s Market.

If Hunter and Hallie are guilty of any illegal conduct, it’s difficult to fault the pair for ignoring the potential legal ramifications of their actions. After all, these gun control measures were not designed to be followed by well-connected elites like them.

This point is underscored by the Secret Service’s alleged involvement in the case. Rather than having their conduct scrutinized by federal law enforcement, if the Politico report and Hunter’s contemporaneous text messages are to be believed, the federal government tried to cover up for the prominent pair.

As well-protected politicians and their establishment allies push for new gun controls, ordinary law-abiding Americans should know that these hypocrites have no intention of parting with their own elaborate security measures or being otherwise inconvenienced by the burdens they foist upon the rest of us.
