Toe/feet Pain

Over the past 2 months, I've had tremendous pain in my feet when walking. About a month ago I started having pain in my big toe on the right foot. At first, it was tolerable and I thought it may have been stubbed or something. The pain has gotten significantly worse and is harder to walk now. Any ideas while I wait to get it checked? Image attached as it looks swollen.

The big toe is a classic gout symptom. And gout often means too much iron.

I agree you should look into gout, but also wanted to mention that B vitamin deficiencies can be related to severe foot pain.

Where in the big toe is the pain. Is it near the tip/toenail?
Is it sharp or dull? Is it constant or only at certain times?

Does it hurt more when you put your weight on it? Or just the same as without weight?

You say there is pain in both feet when walking, but also big toe (great toe) pain only on the right?

Yes,which is caused by plain sugar consumption.
I would advise a high dosed B50 B-complex and high dosed ThiamineHCL,like 500mg to 100mg for weeks, or months.
