Stack With Just The Staples

Hi guys,

I'd like to start a basic pro-androgen stack.

So far I've assembled the following list: taurine, glycine, vit E, royal jelly, agmatine, magnesium, vit D, vit K.

Sometimes I take a mix of magnolia bark, lemon balm and inositol for improving sleep quality (usually I get a lot of REM sleep, but low deep sleep).

A few questions:
  1. Is it necessary to add beta-alanine, since I'm supplementing taurine?
  2. What about lysine? IIRC it should lower serotonin?
  3. Is there anything I should add? I was thinking at niacinamide and maybe something for energy, such us one among ginseng, Coq10, cordyceps, B Complex.
