Interesting. I hadn't eaten them in years when I was struggling with it - before Peating I was paleo, and they weren't approved on that either.Imagine if all the people out there with B6 toxicity just need to eat some oats or beans.
Although I did notice a flare up recently when I was eating lots of chicken, which I forgot was high in it. I'd been eating porridge every day for breakfast, and beans regularly.
