I’m thinking about experimenting

with Sauna to see if that would

help with emf sensitivity. So far it

seems that walking barefoot in the

forest is the only only thing that

helps with my symptoms.I have

heard people mentioning that near

infrared sauna with red light is

good but that emf free sauna is

expensive.I am curious if going to

La fitness and using there sauna

would help.Also thinking about

purchasing a kit from vitamin

shoppe or gnc to help detoxify

liver.Any feedback would be

appreciated

I do sometimes when I am

walking uphill in the forest.I

am not sure if that kind of sweat

detoxifies and if sauna has a

better effect of detoxifying metals.

I have learned that the flulike

symptoms I get from WiFi

subsides after a few hours in the

forest.However,sometimes it feels

like a lot of work to have to drive

30 minutes daily to the rural park

to spend a few hours to offset the

way this WiFi eats into my

thyroid.I feel like if I don’t go

everyday my cells and

mitochondria are continued to be

effected by these low frequency

Electromagnetic fields.I was

looking to see if sauna combined

with a liver detox can cure my emf

symptoms.When I spend half the

day in the forest it feels like I’m a

kid again.However,eventually I

am going to need to work and I’m

Supposed to be working 3-1130

soon in a hospital which will mean

I won’t have as much time to

spend in the woods.

do you have an emf meter? would be good to know where are the hot spots in your house. Also a hospital is loaded with emf . Probably not the best place for someone with emf sensitivity.

sauna would be good to detox heavy metals which may be causing the sensitivity. just make sure the sauna isnt high in emf. The trifield meter is a good all purpose meter that isnt too much money

Thanks for that meter suggestion

I unplug the WiFi off at home and

Parents not too happy about that

WiFi is everywhere seems

unavoidable .Next step

experiment w/ sauna and maybe

liver detox.I also wear copper ring

on each hand as well as copper

soles.Nyc emf consultant tells me

Not to do this as metals attract

emf however this guy who seems

like he knows what he talking

about wears and recommends

copper.

I actually think that's pretty cool, but if you're living with family why not join a public sauna?

A sauna would help flush out toxins, if you have a gym with one a lot of people use it right after exercise

I heard that in gym saunas since

they don’t take the time to clean

In between sessions that you can

absorb the heavy metals from

other people.This is according to

Dr. Mercola.

Interesting. Do they not fall to the ground when sweat out?

Lol. To me it doesn’t seem like you would absorb toxins if you’re sweating them out. I don’t think they saturate the air
I agree. I think the only way to absorb someone's toxin is to sit in a puddle of their sweat.

There is, of course, the problem where saunas omit a crap ton of emf too...

What are your symptoms exactly.. if you’re living in LA then, as you say, it’s everywhere..

Have you looked at faraday sheets etc?
