Possible to separate rice flour filler from the pregnenolone capsule?

I have some preg from MRM nutrition, which only has rice flour as an additive. I'd like to make DMSO and maybe ethanol mixture to use in the skin. When I mix the capsule contents in water, the rice flour clearly sinks to the bottom, but my question is if I pour off the water and leave the rice flour, am I leaving a lot of the preg in that mixture?

Any ideas in how to separate them without losing active ingredient?

Dissolve pregnenolone in hot ethanol, then rinse it through a paper filter.

I think pregnenolone has a solubility in ethanol of 22mg/ml so keep that in mind.

Pregnenolone is basically insoluble in water.

But just saying: I would keep the saturation level below 22mg/ml. Otherwise it takes forever for the solution to run through the filter.

I find 5mg/ml works pretty good.

I personally don't think it is, that's why I like this particular brand. They don't use other crappier fillers.
