I got curious with nested naturals because its listed in chrismasterjohn blog.

Why does it matter if it's from soy or chickpeas or hog anus? It's just the vitamin K.

it matters because soy, wheat does not agree with my stomach..

But i got curious about this because chickpeas is one of the few foods when i eat that i feel so blissful. Other is aged cheese...

Soy based or chickpea based makes no difference because you aren't consuming any soy or chickpea in the bottle, only the purified vitamin.

Chickpeas are awsome and a protein without methionein (off topic but worth mentioning). Not familiar with that supplement tho...............
