Niacinamide is vitamin B3 ? I bought a basic B3 supp... does that work? How much and how often do I take?
Im also taking the oxidal from idealabs 2drops most days...

any thoughts on this?

OH... btw.. the reason Im on this tread, I saw a very similar thread, and then I lost it before I could respond and now I cant find it, anyways,
Ive been doing a NAD+ patch by a brand called qalytude. I dont have an opinion on it yet, still trying to figure out if its helpful or not. a 6 weeks supply is $140. I use a patch 1/week.
