Lab Results Help

I just received my labs back. My T3 Free was 4.32 & TSH was .010. I have been on 3 pills of Nutri-meds for a 1 1/2 yrs now. The last 6 months I had been experiencing the tissue level hypothyroidism posted on Dr. Westin Childs site. So I added 24 mcg of t3 to my regimen, also dropping my pill dosage down to 2 pills a day. I added the T-3 after I took my labs. The Dr said he didn’t want to do anything with my thyroid cause I seem to be fine. Right now we are working on my high estrone, testosterone, and progesterone. Any thoughts?
Also, i have been following A Ray peat diet for 2 yrs.
