So, most of my numbers have remained relatively the same since I started Peating (8 months ago). TSH has come down slightly (from 2.0), but not much, Decided to get a more thorough panel done to see where my problems lie...

Judging by my results, rT3 seems to be the culprit. I started micro-dosing T3 (Tyronene) and T3/T4 (Tyromix) two months ago. Started very small at 2-3 mcg T3 spread throughout the day and 1/2 mcg T3/T4 at night. Have since upped the T3 to around 5-6 mcg/day (every few hours). My diet consists mostly of eggs, beef, chicken, white rice, white potatoes, fruit, milk, coffee, and honey. I lift weights and walk several days a week; nothing too strenuous. Vitamin D levels are adequate (~60 ng/mL). Any suggestions? My initial thought is to increase T3 and stop taking any T4 entirely if I am not converting properly. I have done rounds of various labs since starting last November and can provide some other results if needed.
