Leo and Longevity says it raises serotonin. Personally I tried it and I would say it felt like elevated serotonin as well.
You will get brain fog, but that is normal for BDNF increase.

No known cases of prions iirc but might be auto immune problems down the line. Not to scare you off but just so you know one guy I read about had nightmare side effects cognitively from taking it intranasally.

I don't think it really helped much but neither did it hurt me cognitively. I suffer from male pattern baldness and I think I began losing more hair from my head, but also after like a week of injecting a large chunk of hair from my forearm fell off too. Weirdest thing, just a big bald patch there for a month or two never happened before.
