My “superfood” dairy creamer has the following ingredients:
Coconut milk powder
Organic coconut sugar
EVO coconut oil
Aquamin ( calcium from marine algae)

When I look up Aquamin, it has many minerals other than calcium… it has high calcium and no phosphorus, zinc, copper, magnesium and more. It also has iron, but it was 200 ppm, which I couldn’t tell if that’s significant.
My guess is there’s probably as much or more in everyday foods like mushrooms, olives etc.

Chronometer says 0 iron, so it’s probably minimal.
I just wanted to double check with the forum

I would be worried about heavy metal contamination; but that "ppm" unit you use, suggests to me that you have a CoA already at hand. Double check the heavy metal concentration in that Aquamin...If there is very little, it should be a fine supplement to take.
