Iron Results - Help!

Dear Peat'rs,

I would greatly appreciate your knowledge and understanding of my iron results. Does this indicate low iron?

Iron 12.5 (10 - 30) umol/l
Transferrin 2.09 (2.1-3.8) g/L
Saturation 24 (15-50) %
Ferritin (308) ug/l

If this is listing your ferritin as 308, nope, certainly not low iron, especially with TSAT in range.

Ferritin may be within lab range, but this would be considered "high-normal" by some, or just plain high by others. Ferritin levels have been discussed on this the forum extensively.
