Let’s play a "game" with the deaths of humans for the sake of entertainment ,seen as the sports are suspended for now and all, it’s a popular game at the moment too with the "reliable sources" like the New York Times/lies and the multi faceted pop cult.

"induced inadvertently by a physician or surgeon or by medical treatment or diagnostic procedures"
Notice when a doctor kills or poisons you it’s "inadvertent".

( keep in mind USA covid death rates should be revised lower as they have added gunshot and overdose deaths to the covid 19 deaths, I’m sure it was an "inadvertent"mistake )

Iatrogenic Deaths worldwide - lol! Some chance of an accurate statistic here! For example Wikipedia has global numbers for 2013 at 142,000

Just keep in mind big pharma and big medicine are doing their best to revise these numbers down, even the most questionable research can only bring the number to 100,000 to 150,000 Per year in the USA.
Will the New York Times print a front page newspaper with all the names of those who died from iatrogenics every year?
