Would the nasal flu vaccine (FluMist) be any safer than the injected one? Seems likely since adjuvants and other foreign material aren't being injected directly into the muscle tissue. We have relatives who seem dead set on getting vaccinated, so wondering if this would be a better alternative for them.

I know virus shedding can be issue, so I know to be cautious about visiting them afterwards. :)
