If he doesn't like glucose, or fructose, then what is he even advocating people eat? Sunflower oil and meat?

He kept saying the entire stream it's refined sugar. And quoted a bunch of studies about diabetes. But I'm sure he wasn't willing to go on record saying glucose causes diabetes! I mean all of us here are familiar with sugar and dextrose is just not it, I don't crave dextrose, I don't need to take it to feel good, it doesn't make me high or anything of the sort... if I do the protocol it will be for brain health. He never mentioned the glucose limiting events and how the brain gets less and less as we age. So I'm unsure if he even studied the theory or not.
It's as dubious as the idea of starving the body of glucose to stop cancer cell growth, but it being futile because the body just makes it's own glucose if you don't supply it.

Since he says fructose is interchangable, then eat any sugar : glucose
