What are the implications of not being breastfed ? I wasn’t breastfed , didn’t get raw milk , I received formula. I joke w my mom how it was criminal to not breastfeed me (not rly joking) and how I’d be a 6’4 240 steel machine w a more sharp brain had I been breastfed. Nonetheless how detrimental is it I wasn’t breastfed? Anything I’d be lacking or should do to compensate for the lack of those critical nutrients I was void of?!
