What's the consensus on treating low blood pressure?

During the last interview with Haidut he mentioned that it's a bad sign to have chronically low pressure. This leads to heart problems. Looking at my family history I would abosulely agree with that. Is this mostly due to high NO and low thyroid? Could this be a downstream effect of estogen dominance or it has more to do with gut issues?

Mostly thyroid. It's a deficiency of energy. Having high NO elevates blood pressure and pulse rate. When I lived in the Netherlands, due to low altitude I had high NO and my heartbeat was stronger and faster. I thought I was healthier until I got some sort of decreased awareness and tooth decay.
My family history has low blood pressure and I fight it with coffee and tons of sugar.
