I am not too fond of these "trends" and always waiting for the next thing, partly because it implies that the previous one hasn't worked...

Ok, I'll buy that; personal experience works maybe better than scientific studies ("if it's true for you, it's true for you"--thnx.I noticed regular morning wood, for the first time in my life, at the time I started supplementing Magnesium and K2. I didn't even get that in my teens, and it's been pretty much daily for the last five years (currently 40). I think it generally is a sign of improved blood flow. Viagra works somewhat similarly, increasing blood flow, but does it by increasing NO, which is not good long term.

Can you provide a reference for that claim?Yes nocturnal erections are a very important biomarker for men and health.

Okay, so you're saying there is a scientific study that shows that something very healthy men have in common is that they wake up with a boner? Please point that study out. I doubt it, tho I'm open to being corrected. It may be normal for teenagers and very young men. If you asked 100 40-or-50-year-old men in excellent health (if they could be found) how many wake up with a boner, my guess is the answer would be somewhere around zero. Just guessing tho. Of course, as a 66 year old I'd like to have the health characteristics of a teenager, but it ain't gonna happen, and I'd rather not be bothered by this particular alleged health marker. I still have more libido than I'd like.
Back on the subject of what might be the next mushrooms, maybe horsetails? Health Ranger SCIENCE: Horsetail herb prevents Alzheimer's and dementia by removing toxic ALUMINUM from your body
Can you provide a reference for that claim?
I took a clip of Ray talking about this exact thing really, best way to build muscle. He mentions working in small bursts, making sure the muscle knows its been worked but not anything to make you get out of breath. He has talked a few times about the benefits of larger muscles. I think he has a positive view of weightlifting that isn't stressful, not your typical workout routine 5 day splits with long sessions.
Enjoyment of food? How about gratitude for what you do have to eat? Can't say I have seen any of that amongst us :)
What kind of magnesium and what dose do you take?Well, I'd say that's personal experience combined with a mechanism of action of K2, which is clearing arterial calcification.
