Tyromax vs Cynoplus? Which is better?

What is the general consensus on this? I find it confusing when there are many thyroid brands out there. Especially when people say they do better on one and not the other, or when they say a brand of thyroid causes them issues like hair loss.

I just started tyromax however I am confused if I should use cynoplus instead because that is what Ray Peat recommened.

They both were able to suppress my TSH adequately. I've used both for a while.

The trick with Tyromax is to shake it like a mofo.

I find Cynoplus easier to take. Break in half with hand. Then break in quarters with nail. 1 or 2 daily when needed.
