I don't think the people have power because people can't spontaneously create movements anymore. The media and big tech has control over which movements are allowed to prosper and which movements don't.

Even if congress continues their abuse of power and strips away Trump's ability to run again, I think millions of people will still vote for Trump in 2024.

The republicans better not vote to convict Trump because that will destroy the party.

Shouldn't the Republicans impeach some former high profile Democrats for the sake of balance? The Democrats need to learn that they can't abuse their political power without consequences.

Maybe the Democrats can abuse their power as much as they want because they control big tech, the media, and the banks. Maybe we just need to accept this.
