Sweating While Nearly Naked

I am sweating and I feel pretty hot. Toes and fingers feel also relatively warm. Wearing nothing but underpants, 2 windows open, 1 AM and 15°C outside

7 PM I measured body temp of 37,2°C Currently taking T3 and Exemestane.
Diet currently: 1.5 litre milk, 3 cups coffee, 500 ml orange juice, 5 tbsp table sugar (maybe bit more), 3g salt and 200g dried dates

Is this some stress reaction? I can not sleep like this

A hotflash due to bad digestion I suppose?
Atleast my taste buds became used to the salt
