According to his AgriDynamics website, Jerry passed away right before Christmas. Jerry was an important figure in the "Food as Medicine" movement, teaching about and helping farmers with soil health, in the William Albrecht tradition. He also famously overcame cancer in the late 1990's by using one of his cows as a personal pharmaceutical factory :):

According to his obituary, he died in a hospice and indications are he had been sick for a while. I suspect the cancer came back and this time he was unable to overcome it.

Damn.
They were good men.

Both passed away during the winter months, as Ray often predicted.

We can only hope their knowledge does not get lost and those of us with the awareness of better health continue with their practices.
I'm fond of Pat Coleby and her soil health/animal health contributions - she too is in her older years...such valuable wisdom these people had/have, they are so inspiring.
