Lying On My Back Causes Irritation In The Gut?

Has anyone had this before?
If I am in bed I need to either lay on a side or on my belly otherwise my gut starts to make gargle noises and hurts in an irritation manner. This is really strange but I think it started around a year ago and I hoped it would go away but I am still there and I just realized that I keep sleeping on my belly to mitigate that issue, actually lying on my belly seems the most effective way of mitigating this.

Now sure why that position is doing that but at this point it is very clearly that it happens, basically the gargle noises and irritation is around the area of the belly, I don't feel anything in the chest happening, I guess from the area of the duodenum and below it.

It can be related to spinal issues. Try placing a pillow under your knees when lying on your back. Also place support like a folded towel under the hollow of you lower back and see if that helps.
