Lab test shows HIGH trans fats in my system. Can someone explain to me how this is possible when I consume literally ZERO trans fats? Absolutely zero. Since a long time. Am I missing something?

Those fats occur naturally in dairy, do you eat dairy?

Some are created naturally by our microbiome such as CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid.)

In addition, there is some evidence that Vitamin E and Iodine may saturate unsaturated fatty acids.

Also I would actually worry more about that AA level and try to bring it down.
