The place where I live has unfortunately a very limited supply when it comes to supplements.
I was reading @natedawggh posts and want to give casein a shot. There is only one casein powder supplier here, who offers this:
CALCIUM CASEINATE, every 100 g:
Protein... 96 g
L-glutamine... 20.5 g
Calcium... 1.6 g
Fat... 1.4 g
Lactose... 0.1 g
Ash... 1.4 g
PH... 4%
I guess it looks standard, not sure what PH % means. Do you think this is safe? Any counterindications re: glutamine?
