Is there a way to separate silicon dioxide?

Hi,

Unfortunately many supplement companies use silicon dioxide in their supplements. I look for the ones without the silicon dioxide but its not possible all the time.

Does anyone know if there is a way to separate silicon dioxide from capsules?

Internet has different views on whether it is water soluble or not, so I am not sure if putting hot water on powders will dissolve it or not.

I've read that it can convert into orthosilicic acid by the HCl in the stomach, and bioavailable silica is important for bone development and removing aluminum from the brain.

I've read that it can convert into orthosilicic acid by the HCl in the stomach, and bioavailable silica is important for bone development and removing aluminum from the brain.

I’ve read that it’s different from bioavailable silica. And there’s some research that shows it causes irritation in the gut and increases endotoxin.

Dr Peat also recommends to stay away from it.
