High Cortisol Levels And Pregnenolone

I’m currently dealing with very high cortisol levels, especially in the early morning. This causes a high level of anxiety each morning. It’s been recommended that I try pregnenolone to help stabilize my cortisol.
Just wondering if anyone has had experience with pregnenolone with regard to high cortisol.
