Thanks anyways! I think this is a special case though as the vitamin E deficiency was tested and confirmed. I know people with Celiac disease who have tested quite normal on vitamin E tests, so maybe some cases of Celiac are not related to vitamin E.

Got it. I still believe most food allergies are blood glucose/metabolic issues and not rare genetic disorders.
