Chemistry Strategies For Zonulin?

I'm looking at the results of this Celiac's disease study related to zonulin:

Basically, not much is known about zonulin, but I'm curious if you all have any recommendations from a biochemistry point-of-view for what might interact with zonulin.

I'm not sure if I understand your question, but zonulin problems seem to come with increased endotoxin problems.
I'm not sure it's a 1:1 cause and effect, it could be that both are affected by another factor, in which case that might be found by looking at bifidobacterium. It could also be serotonin or nitric oxide mediated, or some feedback from the inflammatory pathways initiated by increased plasma endotoxin, possibly MyD88...

He is one of the authors of the article you linked and I believe he may have discovered zonulin. He is generally highly respected in the celiac disease community.
