Apologies for the writing on the attached.

This for a 59 year old man, these blood tests were repeated, results the same and now a bone marrow biopsy is being ordered.

Routine bloodwork, no symptoms of illness. High stress for last two years, recent, possible,
mold exposure (cleaned out a 55+ year old house with tons of stuff in tropical climate).

On blood pressure meds. No family history of bone marrow issues.

What else should also be tested or tried?

I think thyroid supp is in order. Taking low dose aspirin, Vit K2, Vit D, B Vits, pregnenolone (all pretty low dosages).

My reply serves more as a bump as I'm sure you probably already know everything I'm about to say.
In the absence of an obvious cause (lack of symptoms) for the blood abnormalities a bone marrow biopsy should give some further clues as to what is going on since blood is made in the bone marrow. One thing I do know is WBC's that high are typical in sepsis but obviously this person doesn't have any symptoms of sepsis so the bone marrow biopsy should provide more information.
Hopefully someone who knows more will chime in.
