Biggest Worldwide Libraries of Medical Literature

I often search the US National Library of Medicine for medical studies, and have found many great ones. At the same time I know the US censors/lies about most of the important information in life, so I want to broaden my sources to ensure my thinking is not limited to just this source. I've noticed there are many studies in PubMed from Japan and Australia, and some other parts of the world, but not many others in my experience.

I want to find all the websites that have lists and archives of published literature, like PubMed, except from other parts of the world, for example Russia, so I can search through them too. Any recommendations?

I am fluent enough at Spanish to take a bus trip, grocery shop and order & eat at a restaurant in a Spanish-speaking country, and for the rest... Google translate will save the day! I enjoy comparing words and learning as I read so it would be a blessing to provide me with journals published and written in a foreign language.
