"The higher doses of Serrapeptase labeled for "healthy sinuses" were indeed a miracle for my own sinuses, and using Serrapeptase made a great "ibuprofen substitute" for a friend's aches and pains I introduced it to - but please consider this warning: - Both myself and my friend clearly developed serious, permanent, painful & ugly nodes on our knuckles from using it, (as apparently have other users online also noticed getting). We stopped, and then tried using it again, with the same results. A hand specialist told me that problem joints need their internal scars to stay healed and sealed (the same kind of internal scars that Serrapeptase supposedly dissolves.) If you suspect you may already have such joint issues, I would proceed with caution about all the hype for Serrapeptase."
