My most recent labs showed very out of range numbers. Wondering how much could be contributed to lack of appropriate food--think I had gf granola and magnesium water with salt only over a period of 5 hours. I planned poorly I know so wondering if those labs should be disregarded?
However, my GFR's have been all over the place. I've had one as high as >60 on Dec. 1 and one over the summer that was down to 56.
I suspect with my low thyroid that my poor liver and kidneys are barely chugging along ever so slowly. I'm due for thyroid labs this week but I do feel like my metabolic rate is increasing as is evidenced by higher pulse and temps--a slow yet noticable improvement. Here's the labs and thanks for any input:
Specifically,

RBC 3.97
