I just add caffeine, niacinamide and aspirin powder to shampoo and use it like normal shampoo. I wouldn't add more than 1% caffeine though as sometimes even 1% gives me palpitations.

Anyone tried Cyproheptadine dissolved in water and applied to the scalp? Ray seems to think fibrosis is caused by serotonin - I'm thinking the balding scalp is in a fibrotic state? Cypro definitely reduces serotonin...I will experiment and if it stops my scalp itch I will continue use and see what happens

This seems like a good idea. What product do you buy?

I use a product from Mexico, I forget what it's called. I dissolve it in water. Not sure if it's helping yet but it does help with scalp itch

I've been using an anti histamine for sleep at times after reading about the benefits here. Get big sleep benefits. This could be a good way to take it while preventing calcification of scalp.
