This is an interesting statement: Study links low DHA levels to suicide risk among U.S. military personnel. Do you know, would lipid peroxidation decrease the level of DHA or other polyunsaturated fats in a cell? It just seems like, measuring a group of people under physical and mental stress, maybe the low levels of DHA are due to the DHA being oxidised. Or maybe that isn't how oxidation works?
