I will ask for new blood work this weekend. My diet is mostly some fruits, lowfat milk, yogurt, orange juice, coffee, broccolli, mushrooms, potatoes, beef occasionally, pork, fish, cheeses, ham, Italian bread, and occasional pasta. No junk foods, or packaged garbage.

If you enter meals from the last week or so into Cronometer: Track nutrition & count calories, what nutrient does it suggest are lacking? What does it show as the carb:fat:protein ratio?
