Hi, welcome to the forum!
I've got a mixed impressions when I first time saw your post, it would be logical to discuss blood test results with your doctor since all these numbers have their meaning only as a small part of a health condition that you have. As a non professional I would suggest 1. talk to your doctor and take another blood test in the first week of your cycle, when estradiol and prolactin should be at their lowest level Estradiol - Wikipedia
2. take care of your cortisol level, I do not know what stress you are under - is that emotional, physical, chemical or just bad diet - again talk to your doctor
3. I would highly recommend to read articles on Ray Peat website Ray Peat
they will clarify many questions you have

Thank you for your reply.
All they say is i have hashimoto thyroditis.Thyroid antibodies are twice higher than 2months ago. I really couldnt find any other answers from endocronologists. They dont mind T3, estrogen or cortisol here which leaves me alone and helpless.
It is good to know that i need to test my estradiol and others on the first week.
