I began the regimen posted about in "getting ripped" today (again)
I didn't start with the 1 full gram of aspirin in the morning though...still working it into my system
morning
2 eggs, 2 tabs AB thyroid glandular, 1 50mg pregnenolone, 1 400iu Vit E, 1 500mg niacinamide, 325mg aspirin
sweet tea

I repeated this every 2 hours or so with coffee, 2tbs sugar, 2tbs GL collagen, 4oz milk
(reduced AB thyroid to 1 tab + 1 tab at lunch time interval, no thyroid for afternoon dose)
(before I ran out I was taking 2 tabs at breakfast and 2 tabs at lunch and feeling very well)

I noticed a few things
-energy was up
-throat felt swollen (wonder if I am temporarily hypo due to increased pregnenolone?)
-TMI alert ... loose stool
-was not sweating like I did during previous attempts (perhaps my thryoid hasnt built up since I ran out of sups?)

I will take my temps in the morning to see how things are trending (stopped due to running out of supplements cpl weeks ago)

If you are taking aspirin regularly, supplementing vit-K can protect against side-effects (eg increased bleeding, I think).
