Thanks @yerrag
Oh okay, I read this; Erythritol is a four-carbon sugar that is found in algae, fungi, and lichens. It is twice as sweet as sucrose and can be used as a coronary vasodilator Erythritol

I eat a lot of honey so am looking for a table sugar substitute and this fits the bill well IMO.

I have the impression that colloidal silver really help with this but it might be too soon to robustly conclude anything. It might also not be the only thing I do that impact my digestion (I don't eat fruit currently for example).

I took something like 0.3 mg a day this past week (20 mL of 15 ppm).

Silver is a powerful antibiotic (we know that given the studies) and/or it is used directly by the immune system to do its best job (which has also been shown if I'm not mistaken) or have a kind of signaling role.
