Those who enforced the lockdowns endlessly proclaimed themselves as experts and how their knowledge of the science authorized them to uphold and enforce these decisions; they are guilty of negligence, being unfit to hold their positions, and crimes against their fellow citizens, to name a few off-the-cuff unofficial offenses.
