hello guys,

One of my biggest problem is breathing difficulty, It feels like my body isn't giving me a sufficient signal that I should breathe. For example, if I want to jog for a round, then I get out of my breath,Because my nervous system and my lungs don't work synchronously.
But if I take a benzodiazepine tablet, these symptoms go away almost completely after 1 hour.
I know that benzodiazepinescan lower the pituitary signal hormones such as ACTH and prolactin.

Can someone explain to me why an increased ACTH or prolactin value leads to my breathing difficulties?
Or is it due to the a dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system?
