Tracking the volume/time of micturitions seems to be a nice non-invasive method to track bladder volume.
Frequency/volume chart: the basic tool for investigating urinary symptoms. - Abstract - Europe PMC
Since BPH reduces bladder volume, measuring the volume/time of micturitions should indicate improvements or no improvements over time.

has anyone experienced monitoring BPH treatments with this volume/time method? were you able to reduce your prostate size as measured by this method? If so, what non-surgical treatments did you do to reduce your prostate size?
